Any violation may result in:
- Immediate termination of access
- Civil damages
- Statutory penalties
- Injunctive relief
- Recovery of legal fees and enforcement costs

Ten K Fearless Course Participant Agreement
By enrolling in any Ten K Fearless course, program, or certification, you agree to the following:
1. Educational Use Only
All materials are provided for personal education and development. They are not substitutes for legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.
2. Personal License
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access course materials for your individual use only.
You may not:
- Share login credentials
- Distribute course files
- Republish content
- Teach or resell this material without written authorization
3. Intellectual Property
All course systems, frameworks, branding, and materials remain the exclusive property of 10,000 Fearless Men & Women of Omaha LLC.
4. Code of Conduct
Participants agree to act respectfully within community spaces and not engage in harassment, disruption, or misuse of content.
5. Termination
Ten K Fearless reserves the right to revoke access without refund for violation of these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ten K Fearless is not liable for personal outcomes, business results, or decisions made based on course materials.
Enrollment constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Digital Product Sales Policy
Due to the digital nature of our courses, downloads, certifications, and training materials:
All sales are final.
Once access is granted or digital materials are delivered, refunds will not be issued.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You understand this is a digital product
- You waive the right to request a refund
- You will not initiate a chargeback for delivered digital access
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in:
- Permanent account termination
- Collection action
- Recovery of associated processing and legal fees
